Noble Denton, the offshore and marine consultancy firm, has furthered its expansion in the Middle East region with the doubling of its office in Sharjah, which is dedicated to Detail Design Engineering.
Due to increased demand, the Detail Design Engineering office now has over 80 employees and has just moved to a new office space double the original size, in order to facilitate what the company describes as a “steady stream of business” that has been coming through its door in the past 12 months.
The office is responsible for a complex process of taking a client’s base design (concept) and bringing it to life, customising and ensuring that the project is feasible and built to specification. It employs a range of high skilled engineers, including naval architects, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation engineers.
“This expansion of the detail design department in the Middle East is a fantastic opportunity for the company, as since its founding just a year ago it has quickly become one of the biggest success stories for the company to date,” said David Wells, managing director Middle East, said, “It is a unique offering that the company brings to the region and our expert team of engineers and architects are highly skilled in each individual aspect of this process and we have recruited some excellent new members of staff from the region in order to assist with the ever-increasing workload.”
