The Specialist Services Group has been recognised as a role model organisation by the Public Health and Safety Department of the Dubai Municipality for Health and Safety Achievements.
The group received the award for their exemplary record in occupational health and safety.
The awards ceremony was organised by Dubai Municipality in Zabeel Hall Club in Dubai, to award distinguished companies in various business sectors. During the ceremony, Specialist Services was presented with the health and safety award in the form of an appreciation certificate. The award was presented by the head of Public Health and Safety Department of Dubai Municipality.
With one of the Specialist Services core values being to pursue quality and safety in all aspects of their work, this award represents a further confirmation of the exceptional working environment in the company which is already compliant with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
Specialist Services has implemented a number of initiatives for managing quality, health, safety and environmental issues, within the oil and gas industry.
