AkzoNobel, one of the world’s leading producers of specialty chemicals is increasing its presence in the Middle East by establishing a local Oil and Gas team in the region.
The company has vast global experience, expertise and the solutions necessary to support the oil and gas industry in the Middle East; and has made this move in response to the rapid expansion of the region’s oil and gas sector.
“The Middle Eastern oil and gas market is quickly becoming more diverse and technologically challenging, with increased local expenditure of oil and gas revenues expected,” notes Marc Bergman, Business Director Specialty Chemicals, AkzoNobel Middle East. “AkzoNobel is working to strengthen its presence in this region by providing the right level of support to our growing customer base and now has a large sales, technical support and logistics support team of more than 20 persons based in the region.”
