The Middle East Energy Awards was held virtually for 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but we are excited to announce that the industry’s flagship awards event will be held as a physical event in November 2021, once again gathering industry leaders and stakeholders to recognize great achievements across the energy sector despite the difficult circumstances that every oil and gas company has had to navigate since the beginning of the pandemic.
We anticipate a very tight competition, with a flood of requests for nominations already pouring in from highly qualified candidates and companies. The hosting editors will shortly announce the opening of nominations, the requirements, and the deadlines.
As such, we advise that anyone interested in being part of the awards in 2021 (and anyone who thinks their nomination could win!) peruse the list of categories below and start considering which projects, people, and initiatives they would like the hosting editors and our judging panel to consider this year.
