Trade exchanges between Vietnam and Kuwait grew to $740 million

Trade exchanges between Vietnam and Kuwait grew to $740 million last year, a noticeable rise in the two countries’ commercial cooperation, the Kuwaiti General Consul to Ho Chi Minh told KUNA.

Omar Al-Ginaee said that the Vietnamese-Kuwaiti ties and cooperation have noticeably grown in recent years, including Kuwait’s stake in the Nghi Son refinery mega project. Kuwait’s stake in Vietnam’s second oil refinery, amounts to 35.1% and the country has pledged to supply it with crude oil.
