Mermiad Maritime has won two saturation diving contracts, with the deal worth between $40mn and $45mn.
The firm said that each contract would take around six to eight months to complete, with one already underway.
The second contract will begin as soon as the first is finished.
The Bourbon Evolution support vessel will be used to service the contracts.
Mermaid will also deploy specialised diving equipment, remotely operated vehicles, specialised divers and other project crew.
