Oman LNG has partnered with the Directorate General of Tourism in the governorate of Dhofar for a 30-day tourism awareness campaign.
The campaign, which starts on July 11 in conjunction with the Salalah Tourism Festival, will promote environmental awareness, according to a LinkedIn post by the nation’s Ministry of Tourism.
It will focus on “encouraging local residents and visitors to uphold and maintain the quality of touristic elements” in the area, and will also warn about potential dangers resulting from swimming in the sea and water springs in the Autumn season.
